What if I am not home when the delivery driver comes?
For same-day delivery orders, you will be contacted by the courier prior to the arrival of your package.
Private Residence
If you do not respond and you live in a private street accessible residence, the courier will leave the package in a safe location if possible. A picture is taken for proof of delivery.
Apartment or Building
If you live in an apartment or gated community, the driver will not leave the package and you will have to follow up with us to re-arrange delivery. Please plan to be home during the delivery window that corresponds with your order time.
